Orlando Pirates are currently deliberating over the future of Bandile Shandu as his contract is drawing to a close. Shandu has been a part of the Buccaneers for nearly three years, after transferring from Maritzburg United in 2021.
Prior to joining Pirates, Shandu spent nine years with the Team of Choice, progressing through their development program in KwaZulu-Natal and accumulating over 150 appearances for the senior team. As Shandu’s future with the club is uncertain, the decision regarding his contract extension remains pending.
