In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, Roger Feutmba highlighted that the presence of 10 Brazilians at Bafana Bafana is not solely attributed to Mamelodi Sundowns, but rather to contributions from the rest of the PSL teams as well. Feutmba pointed out that there were eight players from Sundowns in the South Africa line-up that famously defeated Morocco 2-0 in the last 16 round, but emphasized that most of them were developed by different teams such as SuperSport United, Bloemfontein Celtic, Black Leopards, TS Galaxy, and others.
He urged SAFA to acknowledge and be grateful to the teams that played a role in developing these players. Feutmba called for unity and appreciation for all PSL teams that have contributed to the growth and development of players in South African football.
