The family of the late Senzo Meyiwa, former Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, is seeking justice through the court in order to uncover the identity of his murderer. Their hopes were further solidified when Brigadier Bongani Gininda, the lead investigating officer, revealed that Senzo’s then-girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo, had allegedly ordered the hit. This revelation was made during the reading of Gininda’s affidavit in the North Gauteng High Court on January 24th, as part of Senzo Meyiwa’s trial.
