Riveiro was initially contacted via email and expressed his surprise at the magnitude and organization of Orlando Pirates, especially after negotiations with other clubs from Asia and Europe. The organization and structure of the club became apparent after a meeting with the management.
Riveiro revealed that Analytics FC provided a service that allows clubs to request coaches with specific profiles and game metrics. After selecting options, interviews and presentations on the game model were conducted, leading to an agreement between the parties.
