Mason Greenwood has reportedly been contacted by multiple clubs over a potential transfer. The one-time England international has played a hand in 10 goals in 20 appearances this season at Getafe, who decided to lure him to La Liga on loan in August last year.
United had reportedly planned to reintroduce Greenwood to their first-team set-up, but decided against that following strong online backlash from supporters. According to *AS*, “important” clubs in Spain, Italy, and France are weighing up a move for the striker, who missed a year and a half of football after his arrest on suspicion of attempted rape in January 2022.
Although the charges against him were dropped and he was cleared to return to the sport, it remains unlikely he will have a future at the 20-time English champions amid reports new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe will look to sell him.
