The DStv Premiership match between Sekhukhune United and Royal AM at Peter Mokaba Stadium on March 6, 2024 in Polokwane, South Africa saw Linda Mntambo celebrating a team goal with his teammates. The 2023/2024 season has reached its business end, and the league has chosen the top achievers from games following the resumption of the DStv Premiership after the Africa Cup of Nations. Linda Mntambo, Lehlohonolo Seema, and Thabiso Lebitso were selected as the deserving winners of the monthly individual trophies.

Lehlohonolo Seema won his first DStv Premiership Coach of the Month award for impressively leading Sekhukhune to climb up the log standings over the past two months. Having joined the team in November, he oversaw a remarkable period with his side winning five out of five matches, scoring 11 goals and only conceding thrice. This was the first time in the history of the awards that a coach or player from Sekhukhune United won an award.

Thabiso Lebitso, the new right-back for Orlando Pirates, was recognized for his stunning goal from outside the 18-yard box in the Soweto Derby, which was voted as the DStv Premiership Goal of the Month for February/March. All the winning coaches and players will receive a trophy and R7,000 courtesy of league sponsors, DStv, for their recognition.
