This comes after Xavi had previously stated that this season would be his last in charge. Despite his initial announcement, he has now had a change of heart.
The official announcement of Xavi’s decision is expected to be made by Barcelona this week, just before the team’s upcoming LALIGA meeting with Valencia on Monday.
