The trio visited stadiums and facilities of Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Braga and Villareal to learn about preparing young footballers for their professional careers. As mentioned by the Spaniard Pedro Dias, the focus now is on improving the physical infrastructure, particularly facilities, and fine-tuning operational processes.
