Chippa were banned by FIFA following a dispute with former player Abdi Banda, but the club has now confirmed that it has been lifted.
The club let Augustine Mulenga and Thabiso Lebitso join AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates respectively, so they have been working behind the scenes to get their ban lifted, so that they can add to their squad before the close of the window period.

The Chilli Boys have been linked with Mamelodi Sundowns players Gift Motupa and Divine Lunga and these could be the players announced this evening by the club.
