According to the *Mirror*, new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has spoken to Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel about the possibility of replacing the Dutchman. It is said Tuchel holds an interest in the United job, which is expected to be left vacant by Ten Hag regardless of whether or not the Red Devils win the FA Cup. In that match, the 20-time English champions surrendered a three-goal lead to the EFL Championship side, who were eventually beaten by United in a penalty shootout.
The report also states that Ratcliffe is an admirer of Tuchel, who won the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea in 2021 and has won league titles in Germany and France.
